Other Niche Communities Curation Report #2227

OCD's support is expanding!

Hello everyone! This is the 2227th compilation post of OCD's latest curation efforts. It has been known that OCD has been supporting leading niche communities under its Community Incubation Program. However, there are still a lot of other niche communities not supported by OCD. This curation initiative will help in supporting those communities.

This newest curation effort aims to encourage authors to post in appropriate communities even if those communities are not under the incubation program. This will also encourage users to explore more into the different communities in Hive.

How this Works

OCD curators and community leaders will find posts from other niche communities and recommend them for an upvote. Unlike those communities in the incubation program where curation is focused, this curation initiative is spread out. This will help find undervalued posts from smaller communities that deserve support.

This will highlight both the author and the community where the post is located. This way, smaller niche communities can focus on growing their subscribers and increasing the engagements within their respective communities. A small boost goes a long way.

Speaking of boost, here are the curated posts for this batch:

Reimagine Me Within | Improvised Vocal Journey over Makis Gibs' "Midnight Pocket Groove"

This full-length performance captures that process: a meeting of improvisation, emotion, and discovery, where electric guitar and voice become part of the same conversation. This is a Live Capture Performance, Captured Performance over Mastered Track.

Entrada al Concurso | La banda sonora de tu historia de Literatos | Mil violines (Es –En)

Under the stars, I hear violins in the distance; tears well up in my eyes, and I dance in a clearing in some forest. My mind and body have been following this melody for years—it soothes my soul and, for a few moments, fills my empty heart. I search for the violins in every glance, in a flower, in the moon, in the stars, and in the sky. I dance and dance until I’m exhausted. During the day, I fall into a drowsiness, and at night, when the violins play, I dance and follow the path. I don’t know where they’re leading me, but I follow them. People were shouting beside me:

Today I had planned to take part in a 90 km route. I was excited because it was also going to be the first time I used my new cycling shoes. However, things happened… that kept me from sleeping, and I woke up with a migraine creeping into my jaws. You simply can’t cycle 90 km like that. Do you know what I think when I ride long distances? I’ll tell you at the end of this outpouring. Ok, I can’t really say I woke up… because the sleep was interrupted so many times that I can’t say I slept at all. Tossing and turning in bed, sweaty, desperate, listening now and then to the buzzing of mosquitoes; no electricity to run the fan or the air conditioning… it’s a situation that can truly drive you mad.

After Long Time, I'm Back to Run🏃🏃🏃

When I arrived at GBK, it was packed with young people. Not because it was Saturday night, but because there was a concert on the other side of the GBK complex. I regretted my arrival, although I eventually continued on and prayed that the main stadium wouldn't be used for a concert. Fortunately, that didn't happen. The main stadium for running was still operational and there were already a lot of people running there. Okay, I continued my mission to run. With a short exercise, I jogged. Since I was new to running, I wouldn't push my pace, I just jogged. Great, I didn't experience any unwanted things like dizziness, nausea, or even vomiting. Everything went smoothly until I finished 3 laps of the stadium, which was about 3K.

Third Day of Filming

Last week, as we were filming, we found out that the local council contacted us and asked if it would be possible to organise 5 or 6 musicians to play in the main street of the town on the 20th (today), as it is the beginning of the 'Round Ireland Yacht Race'

We accepted, and the musicians were asked, and while that was going on, I organised the crew to make sure we were ready to capture it.

A Great Day Picking Fresh Pineapple and Checking Fruit Trees at The Farm

I am very happy that finally for the first time I already harvested the pineapples it bears first fruits and I was very excited to pick this ripe pineapple fruits of mine here in the Garden. We planted five pineapple plants and one of it are ready to harvest. I kept myself waiting for many months before picking up. I was very surprised seeing this big pineapple fruits of mine contains few plant crowns. The best way for this is to cut those plant crowns here at the garden so it will grow and chance to produced another pineapple fruits.

Does the pursuit of revenge and retribution ever truly satisfy us?

Less for the reason that, while I'm lying on a deck chair and enjoying the sounds of the sea waves, I have time to think and write, but for the reason that the concept of "revenge and retribution" in Montenegro has been a topic of conflict, discussion and suffering for centuries.

A time with friends after a stressful exam period - Flashback Friday

It's been a long time since I've written anything in this community, I would say months have passed. Actually, I was very busy with my life, my studies, and my family was telling me to be a little more serious about my life. So I took it a little more seriously.I have many memories associated with the Throwback Thursday Hive community. That's why I had to come back and write something about all the things that have happened, all the things that are still in my mind, and all the pictures that are in the gallery.

Hive open mic week 323. Life by Debora paul Enenche (Acapella)

Hi everyone, its your girl Nwile Divine. I'll be doing a song titled Life by Deborah Paul-Enenche. I choose this song for this week music festival because this song is all about trust faith and confidence, its a calm song I love listening to when I'm overwhelmed with the realities of life. One of the line says "life throws so many curveball, when I feel shoved to the wall, when I'm desperate, I can count on you" this are the lines that brings comfort to my soul. "When I need a friend, I will trust in you 'coz you are my life"
