OCD's support is expanding!

Hello everyone! This is the 2225th compilation post of OCD's latest curation efforts. It has been known that OCD has been supporting leading niche communities under its Community Incubation Program. However, there are still a lot of other niche communities not supported by OCD. This curation initiative will help in supporting those communities.

This newest curation effort aims to encourage authors to post in appropriate communities even if those communities are not under the incubation program. This will also encourage users to explore more into the different communities in Hive.

OCD curators and community leaders will find posts from other niche communities and recommend them for an upvote. Unlike those communities in the incubation program where curation is focused, this curation initiative is spread out. This will help find undervalued posts from smaller communities that deserve support.

This will highlight both the author and the community where the post is located. This way, smaller niche communities can focus on growing their subscribers and increasing the engagements within their respective communities. A small boost goes a long way.

Between power outages and a complete disconnection from technology in the area where I live, I'm starting a few days of digital detox.

There are readings that find you at the exact right moment, just when life has handed you a lesson right face-to-face. That happened to me a few days ago while reading a reflection on regret by fellow our partner Hive account@emiliorios His text left me thinking deeply about that sharp phrase we often hear or even repeat with pride: "I don't regret anything in life, because everything has taught me a lesson." It sounds mature, it sounds like well-grounded self-esteem, but when you scratch the surface a bit, the statement becomes doubtful. We are human, we err, and closing oneself off to the possibility of regret can sometimes be just a defense mechanism to avoid looking at our own shadows head-on.

The past few weeks have brought challenges, but also pleasant moments. It's always good to remember to thank God for His perfect will. I continue to pray for my family, asking for health and God's blessings. I also continue to ask for wisdom to make good decisions and more passion to do things with love. I also pray now that your hearts will be strengthened and filled with encouragement.

I've just submitted my predictions for the World Cup 2026 Fantasy Contest on Sportsblock and so I thought it would be interesting to see who other Hive users have picked as the 16 teams they think will be most successful in the tournament.

A small meeting that unfolded very naturally: two people agree to meet at a place and time and end up seeing each other. However, this encounter was more a result of complexity than of simplicity.

Ask yourself: What would have to happen for a woman from Venezuela and a Madrileño (a resident of a city that doesn’t exist), who have never met, to end up meeting in person?
