Other Niche Communities Curation Report #1470

OCD's support is expanding!

Hello everyone! This is the 1470th compilation post of OCD's latest curation efforts. It has been known that OCD has been supporting leading niche communities under its Community Incubation Program. However, there are still a lot of other niche communities not supported by OCD. This curation initiative will help in supporting those communities.

This newest curation effort aims to encourage authors to post in appropriate communities even if those communities are not under the incubation program. This will also encourage users to explore more into the different communities in Hive.

How this Works

OCD curators and community leaders will find posts from other niche communities and recommend them for an upvote. Unlike those communities in the incubation program where curation is focused, this curation initiative is spread out. This will help find undervalued posts from smaller communities that deserve support.

This will highlight both the author and the community where the post is located. This way, smaller niche communities can focus on growing their subscribers and increasing the engagements within their respective communities. A small boost goes a long way.

Speaking of boost, here are the curated posts for this batch:

Beautiful shots of a family walk (¨Daily Blog¨)

It goes without saying that the one who decides where we go for a walk is Abigail, my granddaughter loves to walk, if it were up to her she would go out every day, it's not that we dislike going out, It happens that much of the week we go from one place to another taking care of errands related to my health, and when the weekend comes, the last thing we want is to go to the city. Gardens and flowers are something very common to see in the central streets, residents decorate their fronts with beautiful plants. The flowers that you can see here are known by the name ¨Paradise Flower¨, whose scientific name is ¨Strelitzia¨: . It is common that where you live you may know him by a different name; This type of plant resists very well the hot climate of the city where I live, for that reason it is very common to see it decorating central properties

With nothing more to say, here comes the good thing a Venezuelan FAMICOM replica.

The gifts I gave and received at Christmas.

To be honest, I don't really feel like Christmas last month was more exciting. I don't know if this is just a part of adulting because we are already used to celebrating it every year. But I think some of you would still consider it special because you celebrate it with your new or special loved ones.

Aside from adulting, another reason why I can't feel like celebrating it is because, as for me and my family, celebrating Christmas last month and the new year this year made us sad because we lost someone important to us again. It's too cruel because we always experienced it before Christmas.

𝑨 𝑺𝒘𝒐𝒓𝒅 & 𝑨 𝑳𝒐𝒗𝒆 𝑺𝒕𝒐𝒓𝒚 - "Moon In The Day" Series Review

It's as if it's been ages I made a review here, it didn't mean I stopped seeing movies though, I just have been focusing more in clearing up my long watch list while active with other personal activities.

I think I've seen over five series and movies all together in the break I've been away from making reviews and so, you can take this as my comeback to review the ones I've seen while I continue clearing up the list that keeps adding lol.

When The Going Gets Tough...

Once in a while, we fall off track and into a state of instability. The feeling may be different with other people but whenever I personally feel unbalanced, my mood is usually terrible. Fatigue sets in when I haven't even done anything in the actual sense. I feel reluctant to carry out my daily activities which are usually a walk over for me. Laying on the bed feels too tiring and sitting up feels even worse.

All about my birthday celebration 🎉🎈

As year passed so soon as I don't even know where it started and where it ended. I still remember what I did on my last birthday as it was yesterday. I didn't do anything special but this birthday was very special because my sisters, both are married had come with 3 Nephews and one niece. There is a different happiness in celebrating birthday with childrens, they are more excited that it's their aunty's birthday celebration. My sister's children come only once in a year, which is during winter vacation, it was always joyful moment Staying with them, roaming around.

The little dreaming Buddha

And what is the present? This, what I feel right now in my body, need, desire, a desire to bleed from my eyes some clear and salty liquid, perhaps. But that's how blissful I am because I can write pages and pages and thread stories. And that's how blissful I am because I can turn all this into immense happiness if I get up, and go out, and touch with my hands all the life that surrounds me... of which I am a part.

Tasting with mindfulness

As a child I was not a good eater, there were many things that I did not like but in adolescence everything changed. I began to perceive the rich taste of food and from then on I eat almost everything. I love soups, grains, stews, fruits and chocolate. To tell you the truth, I'm not much of a sweet tooth, I always lean towards salty foods, but when it comes to chocolate, I have a very special relationship.

Improvised yucca pizza [ENG/ESP]

Hello friends. Last night was a night of craving at home. My wife and daughter were looking forward to having cassava cheese pizza for dinner, something I do from time to time for a change. But this time, there was a little problem, we had no ketchup or mustard. So I had to improvise, and since I always have frozen cassava in the fridge, I decided to take a chance.
