Belgrade's Farewell

It was the last morning of my staying in Belgrade, and, as usual, it was quite silent while I was waiting for a taxi to take me to the airport, with my camera in my hand. Just to have one last picture of the old streets of this beautiful city in my memory.

After a night of gentle rain, the old streets of Belgrade were wet and mirrored the beauty of the facades perfectly. While I was trying to capture the view of the morning, one single lady passed in front of me, and I quickly opened my camera to catch her lovely figure walking away. There were also some Pigeons, calmly walking on the wet ground.

It is always so hard to say goodbye to the old city, but this morning, I think, it was much more unforgettable for me because of the smell of the rain, which made this parting even harder.
