Happy Father’s Day to everyone!!! Today was a special day in my little town, since for the first time we celebrated Father’s Day with a race. Running is all the rage these days—and what a great trend! I’m glad more and more people are joining in, because it keeps everyone active—both young people and adults—and helps them stay away from bad habits and depression, since sports are life. Today we gathered early at the seaside promenade in my little town to celebrate Father’s Day with all the runners from different clubs, doing what they love so much. It was truly moving to get together and celebrate Father’s Day with everyone from the very early morning—because this really is a celebration. The race was very touching, as many fathers ran alongside their grandchildren, children, and nieces and nephews. The event was well organized, and best of all, the fathers were happy to start their day this way.
