Con pausa pero activa.😎🔥🙌🏽🏃🏻♀️
Saludos y Bendiciones Runners.

Greetings and blessings, runners.
Hey, fellow runners, how’s your training going? It’s been raining for days, and a lot of our workouts have been cut short, but thank God we can make up for it with some exercises at home. Today I went out really early with my husband to train. It’s been a few easy days on the pavement, but we’ve stayed active with exercises at home and at the gym. Well, everything has its perfect time—and it’s not when we decide, but when God allows it. These past few weeks have been easygoing because of my hip discomfort, which has improved a lot but isn’t fully healed yet. And since I don’t have a race coming up, I’m in no rush to stick strictly to my training schedule—besides, when your body speaks, you have to listen.
For today’s workout, we went to the park to warm up. The atmosphere was really pleasant and lively—there were lots of people working out, walking, and jogging. The weather was cool, and the vegetation was lush and green, thanks to the recent rain. We warmed up at a very gentle pace, then headed to the stadium. I started doing some running drills to improve my leg agility—and boy, these drills are really tough; they’re more exhausting than interval training 🤣🤣🤣. I did five different types of the most common running drills: scissors, skipping, and hopping. For each one, I did 30 seconds, rested, and then went back to it. I did three sets of each exercise. These running drills are very important for improving our technique; it’s ideal to do them once a week or after a light workout. When I finished, I jogged gently back home. It’s a break, but an active one. 🙌🏽
