Underwhelming Food Experience

Back a few weekends ago, I was visiting Central Java and dropped by at this burger and steak house. What comes to my mind when I heard steak house is that they would be serving assorted beef meat and burger but when I was there, they were serving chicken steak, not the "actual" southern style chicken steak but a literal chicken meat served like steak.

The place is quite homey and family friendly but not the kind of place I'd visit normally. They also serve coffee but I wasn't expecting a good coffee and that's what I got.

Since this restaurant was picked by the host, I couldn't complain much. It is their taste and their liking. So, I politely ordered humble meal and coffee. I am not the one paying, so I don't have the right to complain.

I didn't take pictures of my own because it looked a little gross. But I have to say that they have big portions and it's fitting if you want to spend time with your family to chat and have some meals different from the homemade ones. I definitely wouldn't go back and even go by myself here.
