One of the things I enjoy most is going to the gym. Fitness is a big part of my life, and i am also a fitness coach. I enjoy helping people stay fit, build confidence, and become the best version of themselves.

Apart from fitness, i also love singing. Music has always been something I enjoy because it helps me express myself and keeps me happy.

Outside of medicine, I enjoy dancing, traveling, and playing video games—although residency has forced me to spend much less time gaming than I used to. I love going to the beach because it is one of the places where i feel calm and happy.I enjoy looking at the beautiful views,listening to the sound of the waves,and feeling the fresh air.. Whenever I feel tired or stressed, going to the beach helps me relax and refresh my mind.I also love taking pictures of myself and the scenery because I want to keep memories of the places I visit.
