Love Sniper Retention Curation #817

image.png

Hello everyone!

This is the Lovesniper Retention curation initiative aiming to retain those quality content creators after making their introduction posts. It was observed that after newbies made their introduction posts, their succeeding posts are often ignored. This initiative will hopefully encourage the newbies to continue posting quality content and interact with anyone in the community. As compilation posts are also done, this will highlight the newbies and will give the community an idea which newbie to look out for.

OCD's Lovesniper team will follow everyone who made an introduction post and lovesniperHive account@lovesniper's feed will be the place to scour those quality content from new authors. Curators will check all the posts in the feed to find under-rewarded posts and recommend them for curation.

Here the recommended posts for OCD upvote for this batch of love sniper retention curation:

El Ermitaño de la Barranca [ENG/SPA]

A bird in its hermit's robe rests on the edge of the ravine. From up there, it calmly observes the plain below. The heat is stifling, the kind that seems to stop time, but the bird doesn't move at all. The only thing it does is slightly open its beak to let the air pass through and cool its body a little.

Not Everything Goes as Planned — And That's Something to Be Grateful For [ENG 🇬🇧/🇻🇪SPA]

Not everything always goes the way you expect. And that's quite beautiful in its own way. This morning was not what I had hoped for, but everything ended in a gratifying outcome.

Ulises

On July 15, 2025, I suffered an accident at my house and fractured my fibula. From that day on I began a race to read all the books I had in my home, but one in particular was the protagonist of my life. I had to read it three times and it was truly very difficult, but instructive, each analysis, each scene word was a challenge, but I was able to go to the depths of this monumental, infinite, psychological and mammoth work. "Ulysses" by James Joyce. Here I share a brief look at this reading that I owe about half of my recovery to understand.

What Our Animals Mean to Us: Our Home Team

A lot of people keep animals just for fun or as companions, but for us, it’s different.

We raise them because they actually serve a purpose.

Illustration Rise

I planned to make a quick illustration after waking up early at 2am. Turns out, I couldn’t make anything yesterday because my phone died, and I had nowhere to charge it quickly after some issues with the outlet I tried earlier.

My Old Man /Mi Viejo

I remember the day you asked me to get your glasses. You were tired; you barely had the strength to go on. Meanwhile, I kept the problem to myself, the one you never heard about, so as not to burden you with my worries.

Under the Warm Sun My Uncle’s Beloved Tomato Garden, Where Every Red Fruit Grows from Family Care

This is my uncle’s tomato garden back home in Aurora. Every time I go to the province first thing I do is check it out. The place looks so nice under the sun all the plants lined up neat and clean.

Photofeed Contest- Wildlife Photography Round 163

Hello family, back again for the fauna contest. Today I bring you this incredible little jumper, Habronattus calcaratus, a species of jumping spider from the genus Habronattus, family Salticidae. I found it in my garden, and its striking colors caught my attention so much that I couldn't help but use Google to learn more about this creature. I discovered that it inhabits the Iberian Peninsula and is harmless to humans. It's very small, measuring only 5-7 mm, with short, strong legs. The males have long chelicerae that protrude obliquely. It lives on sunny surfaces and is also called the "alguacilillo" (little bailiff) because it relentlessly pursues its prey, with flies being its favorite, jumping on them.

Destruye en el Gym, Construye en la Cama: Masterclass de Recuperación y Fitness a lo Cubano 🇨🇺 | ESP/ENG

What's up, FullDeportes community and my Hive people! I'm Pedro Luis (pedroluisrmcfHive account@pedroluisrmcf), writing to you from Holguín, Cuba. Today I'm here to talk about something I see failing every day at the gym. Everyone wants to get huge or achieve a magazine-cover definition, but they forget the golden rule: muscle is not built lifting weights, it's built when you rest.

Please help us welcome our newbies! Hopefully, they will have an awesome stay in the platform and they will be here for long. To the featured newbies, your Hive and OCD family welcome you with open arms! Have a blast!
