Hello, World! Here’s a Glimpse of My Life (Introductory Post)
Hi! I am Angelique Louise; you can call me Anj for my name is too long. While I am writing this post, I can already feel the excitement on sharing a glimpse of my life, experiences, thoughts and interest in this platform. I’m very grateful I have crossed paths with Miss Antonette and she taught me how to use this platform as my online journal. Recently, sharing my thoughts helped me relieved life stress and listening to someone’s thought helped me reflect. Through sharing here, I hope I can inspire some and I’m also looking forward to be inspired by some.
I am just simple girl from our city. I always describe myself as a girl who finds joy in simple things. As long as everything is well then I’m good to go. Maybe this is also the reason why my friends find me easygoing, warm and welcoming.
However, I think it’s different when I’m with my family. I’m the eldest daughter so I act like a family manager. I’m tough in front of them, I solve family chaos and gives advice to my parents. Maybe some daughters here can relate. Even so, behind this “toughness” I’m also a loving daughter and sister. I get motivated in life with their presence.
As they say, two is better than one, so I have my plus one. He cools everything down, when I can’t control my emotions, he is there to hold it together and when I can’t find solutions, he is there to suggest options. He is three years older than me. I think when the man is older, the relationship feels more mature. Do you agree? Or is it just me? Well, this is just my thought.
My interests and hobbies are just simple, trying new things and cooking. I can still remember my first flight experience, I went to Cebu, Philippines. It was the week I can’t forget, I tried canyoneering and swimming with sardines. After those activities I can’t feel my legs, I was very tired but so grateful with the experience as well. It was an awesome experience.
I also visited Bohol, Philippines and took a picture with the cutest tarsier. They look really cute, but very sensitive as well. You need to respect their sanctuary by not making loud noises, I remember I’m just whispering to my friend that time. I also tried an ATV ride, but don’t know how to drive! Thankfully I managed to make it move, thanks to our guide.
Lastly, I love cooking. I’m making simple dishes to be enjoyed by my family but recently I find cooking as a stress reliever. My mom taught me how to cook, and now, she is already a critic of my cooking. Anyways, thank you my mother!
I have a lot more stories to tell and continuously find ways to improve myself in different aspects. Again, a heartfelt thanks to Miss Antonette for sharing this platform, her guidance really helped my mental wellness.
I also fully understand that using AI in posting is not allowed here. I also learned the importance of quality when it comes to posts and engagements within the community.
I’m really excited to share my thoughts, just as I’m excited to read people’s thoughts here. Until my next stories! Thank you and enjoy reading!
