Potato Salad

Ingredients

🥔 6 potatoes (boil for 15 minutes or until fork tender)
🥬 1 cup of celery, chopped
🌶️ 1 red bell pepper, diced

🥚 2 boiled eggs, chopped
🥒 2 tablespoons of relish
🍶 2 tablespoons of sour cream

Instructions

1- Prepare the Potatoes:

  • Add the relish, sour cream, mustard, and mayonnaise to the bowl.
