Instructions

1- Preheat and Prepare Wings:

  • Preheat your oven to 375ยฐF (190ยฐC).
  • Wash and pat dry the chicken wings with paper towels.

2- Make the Marinade:

  • In a large mixing bowl, combine olive oil, ketchup, mustard, Sriracha, balsamic vinegar, lemon juice, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, lemon pepper, and salt.
