Crispy and Delicious Beef Samosa Rolls
These Crispy Beef Samosa Rolls are perfect for Ramadan or any gathering. The rich, spiced beef combined with crispy egg roll wrappers makes for an irresistible treat. Ingredients

1 large onion, diced
๐ง 4 cloves garlic, minced
๐ฟ 1 tablespoon ginger paste
๐ง 1 tablespoon chicken bouillon
๐ถ๏ธ 1 tablespoon paprika
โซ 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
๐ถ๏ธ 1/2 teaspoon chili flakes
๐ฟ 1 teaspoon garam masala
๐ฟ 1 teaspoon cumin
๐ฟ 1 teaspoon coriander
๐ฅฉ 1 pound ground beef

3 tablespoons tomato paste
๐ง 1 teaspoon salt
๐ฅ 12 oz frozen peas and carrots
๐ฑ 30 egg roll wrappers
๐ซ Oil for frying
Samosa Roll Glue
๐พ 3 tablespoons plain flour
๐ง 3 tablespoons water
Instructions
1- Prepare the Meat Mixture:
- In a pan over medium-high heat, add olive oil and diced onions. Cook for about 5 minutes until the onions are tender.
- Stir in minced garlic and ginger paste along with the chicken bouillon, paprika, black pepper, chili flakes, garam masala, cumin, and coriander.
- Add the ground beef to the pan, mix well, and cook until fully browned for about 10 minutes. Season with salt.
- Stir in the frozen peas and carrots; cook until heated through, approximately 3-5 minutes. Remove from heat and let the mixture cool completely.
2- Make the Flour Glue:
- Mix together flour and water to create a paste.
3- Roll the Samosa Rolls:
- Lay an egg roll wrapper out in a diamond shape.
- Spoon approximately 2 heaping tablespoons of the meat mixture onto the wrapper.
- Fold the bottom corner over the filling, fold both side corners to the center, and roll upwards, sealing the end with flour glue. Repeat for all wrappers.
4- Fry the Samosa Rolls:
- Heat oil in a pan and fry each roll until golden and crispy.
- Drain on a wire rack or paper towels. Serve hot and enjoy!
