Ingredients

๐Ÿ— 2 cups of cooked chicken, shredded
๐Ÿฅ’ 1 cup of celery, diced
๐Ÿง… 1/4 cup of red onion, chopped
๐ŸŒถ๏ธ 1/2 a bell pepper, any color, diced
๐Ÿ‡ 1/3 cup of Craisins
๐ŸŒฐ 1/3 cup of toasted almonds, chopped
๐Ÿฅ„ 1 cup of mayonnaise
๐Ÿฅ› 2 tablespoons of sour cream
๐Ÿฅ„ 1 tablespoon of Dijon mustard
๐Ÿง‚ 1/4 teaspoon of salt
๐Ÿง„ 1/2 teaspoon of garlic powder
๐ŸŒถ๏ธ 1/2 teaspoon of black pepper


Instructions

1- Prepare the Chicken:

  • If not already cooked, boil or roast the chicken beforehand.
  • Let it cool and then shred it into bite-sized pieces.

2- Chop the Vegetables:

  • Dice the celery, chop the red onion, and dice the bell pepper.
  • Make sure all pieces are relatively uniform for an even distribution of flavors.

3- Mix the Base:

  • In a large mixing bowl, combine the mayonnaise, sour cream, and Dijon mustard.
  • Whisk them together until smooth.

4- Season the Dressing:

  • Add the salt, garlic powder, and black pepper to the dressing mixture.
