These Buffalo Chicken Taquitos are the ultimate crowd-pleasers, perfect for any game day, gathering, or simply as a delicious appetizer. Packed with flavor and a touch of spice, these crunchy bites are sure to be a hit!

Ingredients

🍗 1 rotisserie chicken (shredded)
🧀 8 oz cream cheese
🧀 3 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
🌿 1 packet of ranch seasoning
🌶️ 16 oz buffalo sauce (your choice of brand)
🌿 1/2 cup chopped parsley
🌮 20 to 25 small flour tortillas
🥑 Avocado cooking spray (or any cooking spray of your choice)


Instructions

1- Preheat Oven:

  • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).

2- Prepare Filling:

  • In a large bowl, combine the shredded rotisserie chicken with cream cheese, mozzarella cheese, ranch seasoning, buffalo sauce, and chopped parsley.
  • Mix thoroughly until all ingredients are well-incorporated and you achieve a creamy, flavorful chicken mixture.

3- Assemble Taquitos:

  • Spoon a generous tablespoon of the chicken mixture onto one edge of each flour tortilla.
  • Roll the tortilla tightly around the filling to form a taquito.
  • Place each taquito seam-side down on a baking sheet that's been lined with parchment paper.

4- Finish Assembling:

  • Continue rolling and assembling each taquito until all the tortillas and filling are used.

5- Prepare for Baking:

  • Once all the taquitos are lined up on the baking sheet, spray their tops generously with avocado cooking spray.

6- Bake:

  • Bake in the preheated oven for about 25 minutes, or until they are golden brown and crispy.

7- Serve:
