Beef Tikka

Ingredients
🥩 3 pounds round steak (cut into 1-inch cubes)
🥫 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
🌿 1 tablespoon Montreal steak seasoning
🌶️ 1 tablespoon Cajun grill seasoning
🧂 1 teaspoon salt
🫒 1 tablespoon olive oil
Instructions
1- Prepare the Marinade:
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the Worcestershire sauce, Montreal steak seasoning, Cajun grill seasoning, salt, and olive oil.
2- Marinate the Beef:
- Add the beef cubes to the bowl.
- Mix thoroughly, ensuring each piece is well-coated with the marinade.
- Cover the bowl and let the beef marinate for 1 to 2 hours in the refrigerator to absorb the flavors.
3- Prepare for Grilling:
- If desired, thread the marinated beef cubes onto skewers, alternating with bell pepper and onion pieces for added flavor and color.
4- Grill the Tikka:
- Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
- Place the skewers on the grill and cook for 4 to 5 minutes per side, or until the meat reaches your preferred level of doneness.
- Ensure even cooking by turning the skewers occasionally.
5- Serve:
- Remove the skewers from the grill and let them rest for a few minutes before serving.
