Splinterlands | Going the Distance Battle Challenge

The Going the Distance Game Rule is one that both requires players to have specific cards especially Ranged attack cards that are allowed to attack from 1st position and it also allows for some fun creativity in deck building. All this brings a lot of variety in the gameplay and it helps to give cards value since players need them especially for this game rule. Personally, I tend to use the Water Summoner class cards since those have many of the aspects needed to build a good deck for this rule. There is a monster with high health that can attack from 1st position, a monster that gives opponents -1 Ranged attack, a card with Tank Heal which also gives +2 armor to all monsters. This is pretty much what I played.

I always like the Possibilis The Wise Legendary summoner as it allows to play a melee+ranged card that has a double attack from 2nd position and a Melee attack from 1st while all monsters also get the +2 Health. The card I usually play first is the Wave Brood as it can attack from 1st position. The fact that it gets +2 Health also helps to keep it alive since it is getting Tank Heal. in 2nd position I always play the War Chaang which hal 2 Melee Attack aslo getting the tramble ability and doing 1 Ranged damage in 2nd position. After that, I opted for a high-Speed self-heal and 3 ranged damage Water Elemental and at the end I played 2 functional cards with these game rules in the Naga Windmaster and the Crustacean King.

My entire team on my alt account managed to stay alive and according to Splintertools also had 100% chance of winning.
