Rafaello Truffles

Ingredients:
2 1⁄2 cups desiccated coconut
1 tin condensed milk
2 slabs Dream chocolate
1 tablespoon coconut/veg oil
Method:
- Mix 2 cups coconut and condensed milk together well.
- With lightly greased hands roll into even size balls.
- Place in freezer for an hour in an airtight container.
- Melt white chocolate with oil.
- Dip balls into chocolate and roll into remainder coconut.
- Place in fridge to firm.
