Thai Salad / My Version
INGREDIENTS
1 baby purple or green cabbage or half of each slice thin
slice everything like julienne
1 red onion slice thin
1 red or green pepper slice thin
1 carrot slice thin
little cucumber slices
pineapple slice thin
feta
1 mango thin slices
1 packet 2 minute noodles fried it ( I used coconut oil )
chop some almonds
1 tablespoon sesame seeds
roast it in oil
sauce :
3 tablespoon soya sauce
2 tablespoon vinegar
2 tablespoon lemon juice
3 tablespoon honey
2 tablespoon sweet chili sauce
1 tablespoon brown sugar
1⁄4 teaspoon chili powder
1⁄4 teaspoon garlic
chopped dhania (coriander)
salt
mix in a bowl
METHOD
I like to cut up the salad stuff place in a deep bowl and mix it all up leave the pineapple mango and feta to layer on top , just before serving I add the sauce to this and give it a toss .
place this on a plate
layer the pineapple , mango and feta on top
sprinkle the fried noddles and nuts
serve immediately
