INGREDIENTS
1 chicken cut up in pieces ghee (Clarified butter) onion chopped finely arad (Turmeric) dhania (coriander) jeeru (cumin) chicken spice Wooster sauce carrots potatoes green pepper
METHOD
Braise onion in ghee (Clarified butter) with chicken until it browns add 1tspn of each salt arad (Turmeric) dhania (coriander) jeeru (cumin) pepper chicken spice Wooster sauce braise add potatoes carrots green peppers cook till chickens cooked I add some water Dnt burn water out use for sauce to serve with yellow rice

Can be served with rice or roti beetroot salad Irfaan’s chillie and atchar
