Savoring Simplicity: My Morning Ritual with City Cafe Coffee

Every day brings its own vibe, but for me, mornings are defined by small things and simple routines we do. Today, I have a task to back up at one of Puregold's stores and conduct some auditing. Before hopping into the bus, I made my way to a nearby 7-11 convenience store to grab a few things, like water, chips, and a cup of coffee. There's something comforting about walking into 7-11 early in the morning, indeed.

I went straight to the City Cafe machine located just a few steps from the door, across from it. For me, this is a staple for those who crave quality coffee on the go or want coffee before hopping on a train or plane. Choosing my favorite blend, I grabbed it, placed it under the sp, and pressed the button. The machine started working its magic, and the aroma of the coffee started to hit my system. I just watched the dark liquid swirl and enjoyed smelling the aroma in the air.

With my coffee in hand, I headed for the bus terminal, which is just a few steps away from the convenience store. There are a lot of travellers and commuters early in the morning, so I made my way inside the spot. I looked for a spot to wait until travel started, and the warmth of my coffee cup had a calming effect on me.

I heard the driver hop on the bus, and the engine started. It's time to travel towards my destination, and I let myself enjoy the ride. The gentle rocking of the bus as I take a sip of my coffee gives me a sense of warmth and excitement about the learning I might gain as a backup auditor at a different store.
