Juicy Grilled Chicken: Trying JM's Blazes and Foams Chicken Inasal

If you met someone who also loves eating your favorite foods, you are lucky because you will not have to adjust much. If you crave something, then he would want it too. I am one of the lucky ones when I met my partner who also loves the foods I want. It's easier to choose where to eat when planning a date together.

When I clocked out from work, I messaged my partner that I wanted to have some grilled chicken. He asked me where we could have some, and I remember passing through a restaurant called JM's Blazes and Foams. After he picked me up from the jeepney station, we headed to this chicken inasal restaurant to have our dinner.

When we got there, we were the only customers they had since they had just opened. It was still early for dinner, but we ordered anyway since we're really tired from work. The restaurant was just beside the highway, and we could see people and vehicles passing by. We chose a table and ordered their chicken inasal. We were told to wait for a few minutes, so I just spent it checking out the restaurant.

We noticed the utensils were placed just beside the tables, which meant it was self-service. We grabbed some glasses of water and asked my partner for a hot soup. We went back to our table when we got everything we needed.

While waiting for our orders, I noticed the sauce on the table. We had some chicken oil and soy sauce for the grilled chicken, which we were so excited to try since it's what we came here for. I added some chili to spice up my soy sauce. After about 15 minutes, they served our food, and I got really excited to eat. We started eating with our hands since the food tastes better like this. Then, there was silence for the first few minutes of eating. We were so focused on every bite.

The restaurant offers juicy and flavorful grilled chicken, which is exactly what we were looking for. We enjoyed every bite, with all the chicken oil on our rice. We liked their chicken because it's juicy and they marinated it so well. We will definitely go back here and try the other meals they offer. Overall, it was a great experience, and the food is worth our money.
