add posting Upload reservationg function

Hi, i am steemit.com user from korea. Due to my poor english skill, I'm afraid if i could make myself understood. If you give me a comment on a question, I will answer it even if it is slow.

Components

As far as I know, to upload at a specific time in Steemit, I can only log in near that time, write, and post postings.

This feature is of course sensible. However, there is some inconvenience for those who want to post at a certain time. e.g. Those who write postings in the middle of the night but want to show it at daytime / who have difficulty in accessing data network so try to upload a message in the WIFI- environment in advance

I don't know whether same/similar project is now going on. if it is, pleas let me know

Proposal

Write here the details of your proposal, how you think the components/parts/sections should be modified/enhanced and how

Using Gmail "Send later" function or Chrome Macro function, etc, Writings in steemit.com may be further processed and support upload booking function.

This is, before publish the posting, upload the every component in advance and send it later, Or just publish at the time he finished writings, but show to others at the time he want

Benefits

some convenience for anybody who want to publish his/her posting at the time he want to show would get helped.

Even steemit give seven days for one posting, majority of rewards occur at first few days. later, the posting would Be relegated to another new articles.

So what i hope is, let users Select the time when the writing will be shown to his/her targeted readers
And let them Choose the time of day to be rewarded
