孩子们最喜爱的~ 椒鹽蘑菇 ， 超赞哟！！

做法：

1.鮮蘑菇適量，撕成條，熱水煮熟，涼水沖，待涼。

2.用手攥去水份，加雞蛋一個、麵粉適量，調成糊狀；五香粉、鹽調味。

3.鍋下適量油，待油熱後放入調好糊的鮮蘑菇，炸熟即可。撒上椒鹽開吃！
