香菇燒凍豆腐~ 這道素菜,能吃出肉味,特別香健康易學,好吃不長肉,快收藏

食材:

凍豆腐3塊,干香菇5顆,滷水汁、植物油、糖、蔥花各適量。

做法:

  1. 豆腐買回來後放進冰箱冷凍,第二天便成凍豆腐;

  2. 干香菇泡發後切片,凍豆腐切片;

  3. 鍋內下油,將凍豆腐片雙面煎至金黃,撈出;

  4. 香菇下鍋翻炒,加入豆腐、滷水汁,翻炒均勻;

  5. 加適量清水,大火燒開後加糖,水干收汁撒上蔥花即可。
