Making an asymmetrical blouse for my sister! 🎽🧵 8/14

Hello hivers✨ welcome to my blog, a pleasure to greet you again I hope you are, Happy start to the week, fellow seamstresses! As I said in my last post, I was going to try to be consistent with my sewing, as I hadn't done much sewing for quite some time, especially after I moved. but I had some fabrics waiting to be sewn, so I got to work. This time, I wanted to try a pattern I found online. I cut it out on paper to make it easier to work with. The design is for an asymmetrical blouse. These blouses are very fashionable, and I wanted to make one for my sister. I loved the design because it has only one sleeve, and I left a triangular cutout at the front, and the result was spectacular.
To make this blouse, I used micro peach fabric, which is quite flexible and soft. To cut the pieces, I first cut the two back pieces as shown in the pattern, and for the front pieces, I cut the piece with modifications at the bottom, which has a triangular cut. After I had the double pieces, I started sewing. First, I sewed the neckline and armholes, facing the front pieces of the fabric. Then I joined the shoulder and turned the whole piece inside out. Next, I sewed the front part with the triangular cut, and finally, I sewed the sides. The truth is that it looks a little complicated, but I sewed this blouse in less than an hour, even though I took several breaks. It comes together quite quickly and the result is spectacular. This time, the model was my sister, and I made the blouse for her in size XS, which was the pattern I cut. I really loved the result and loved how the blouse looked on my sister. I hope you liked this post, if you made it this far thank you for visiting my blog ❤️ see you soon.
