Hola hivers ✨ bienvenidos a mi blog, un gusto saludarlos nuevamente espero se encuentren bien. Hoy es el día 5 del reto de #Hive14challenge y vamos bastante bien cumpliendo día a día, hoy quería compartir con ustedes una rica comida que preparamos en casa ayer una comida muy típica de la ciudad, viviendo en una zona pesquera como Cumaná es muy común encontrar pescado fresco en cualquier momento y yo soy súper fan de pescado trata de prepararlo todas las semanas en casa, está vez lo acompañamos con yuca sancochada que estaba súper rica y muy blandita, para la yuca preparemos un mojito con cebolla, cilantro y bastante limón con un poco de aceite y sal, lo agregamos sobre yuca y esto quedó divino, otro acompañante fue la ensalada, una ensalada fresca con repollo, zanahoria rayada, tomate y cebolla además de un aderezo de mayonesa y toque de sal y un toque de azúcar; y por supuesto el pescado frito que solo se le agrega sal y a freír muy bien por ambos lados, todo quedó delicioso y sí alguna vez visitas el Oriente de Venezuela tienes que pedir un plato así súper resuelto.
Lo que más me gusta de está comida es que e bastante saludable a excepción del pescado frito que bueno, frito es mejor pero también se puede preparar de otra forma. Espero te haya gustado este post, sí llegaste hasta aquí gracias por estar y visitar mi blog ❤️ nos vemos pronto.

Today I wanted to share with you a delicious meal we prepared at home yesterday, a very typical dish from our city. Living in a fishing area like Cumaná, it's very common to find fresh fish at any time, and I'm a huge fan of fish, so I try to prepare it every week at home. This time we accompanied it with boiled yuca, which was super tasty and very soft. For the yuca, we prepared a mojito with onion, cilantro, and plenty of lemon with a little oil and salt. We added it to the yuca, and it was divine. Another side dish was a fresh salad with cabbage, shredded carrots, tomatoes, and onions, as well as a mayonnaise dressing with a touch of salt and sugar. And of course, the fried fish, which is simply seasoned with salt and fried well on both sides. Everything was delicious, and if you ever visit eastern Venezuela, you have to order a dish like this.
