Sunday lunch!
Feliz noche para todos, deseo hayan tenido un excelente día; yo como cada domingo después de ir a la iglesia me quedo almorzando con mi familia en casa de mi madre, el día de hoy preparamos unas caraotas negras , las cuales servimos acompañadas con una carne guisada con papas, arroz y unas rodajes de rodajas de aguacate, un menú variado, muy delicioso y saludable.
Good evening, everyone. I hope you all had a wonderful day. Like every Sunday, after church, I stay for lunch with my family at my mother’s house. Today we made black beans, which we served with beef stew, potatoes, rice, and a few slices of avocado—a varied, delicious, and healthy meal.
Temprano antes del servicio mi madre había dejado las caraotas blandas, así que, al salir de la escuela dominical las llevé nuevamente a cocción, sofreí los aliños, se lo agregué, sazoné con sal, comino y por supuesto no puede faltar el toque de azúcar Jajaja
Por otro lado la carne para hacerlo más rápido simplemente la corté en trozos, la llevé a la olla de presión con papas, tomate, ají ,cebolla, ajo y el arroz después de lavarlo lo llevé a cocinar con un poco de sal, aceite y la cantidad de agua necesaria.
Early that morning, before the service, my mom had left the beans to soften, so when I got out of Sunday school, I put them back on to cook, sautéed the seasonings, added them to the beans, seasoned with salt, cumin, and of course, I couldn’t leave out that touch of sugar. Hahaha
As for the meat, to speed things up, I simply cut it into chunks, put it in the pressure cooker with potatoes, tomatoes, chili peppers, onions, and garlic, and after rinsing the rice, I cooked it with a little salt, oil, and enough water.
A la hora de servir agregamos al menú unas rodajas de aguacate, el complemento perfecto Jaja.
