Feliz noche para todos mis amigos amantes de la buena comida, quiero compartirles la preparación del almuerzo del día de hoy, después de salir del trabajo fui un momentico al centro del pueblo a realizar unas diligencias, vimos un puesto donde estaban vendiendo masa de maíz tierno y, decidimos comprar un kilo para hacer unas cachapas y acompañarla con carne sofrita en ajo, una combinación bastante deliciosa, fácil de preparar, les muestro la preparación.
Good evening to all my friends who love good food! I want to share with you what I made for lunch today. After getting off work, I popped into town for a bit to run some errands. We saw a stand selling fresh corn dough, so we decided to buy a kilo to make some cachapas and serve them with meat sautéed in garlic—a really delicious combination that’s easy to make. Here’s how I made it.
La masa la coloqué en una taza, la preparé añadiendo un poco de agua, aceite, sal y azúcar; por otro lado, el bistec lo coloqué en una paila donde había pisado unos dientes de ajo, sazone con sal, mezcle muy bien, agregué un poco de aceite y llevé a cocinar a fuego medio volteando por ambos lados, luego la corté en tiras para que fuera más rápido su cocción.

I put the batter in a bowl and prepared it by adding a little water, oil, salt, and sugar; meanwhile, I placed the steak in a skillet where I had crushed a few cloves of garlic, seasoned it with salt, mixed it well, added a little oil, and cooked it over medium heat, flipping it on both sides. Then I cut it into strips so it would cook faster.
I took small portions of the batter mixture I had prepared, placed them in a skillet, and cooked each one on both sides.
