Why can't we see all who upvotes anymore ?

Lots of changes made in the website's interface in the last few days ... the separate "curation rewards" and "posting rewards" on our user page, an anti spambot initiative announced by Hive account@dantheman ( https://steemit.com/steemit/@dantheman/notice-to-bot-spammers ), clicking on the main tag also shows the other tags in a post , clicking a username now brings you a popup with the "Follow / Mute" options , not counting the hardfork done on the 26th , penalizing posters after their 4th posts in a day, and temporarely stopping liquidity rewards, because it was being gamed, as demonstrated by Hive account@jasonmcz with his excellent three posts series (3rd and final post : https://steemit.com/market/@jasonmcz/the-beached-whale-and-the-end-of-an-all-out-algo-war-two-market-makers-come-clean-through-open-source ) .

All these are amazing changes in my humble opinion.

Today I also noticed that when clicking the list of upvoters in a post when there alot of them, there is a cut , just showing "...", which is not even clickable, meaning that you can no longer see the entire list of people who upvotes (or flags) a post anymore ...

Why is that ? isn't there a way to make that "..." clickable so that we can see the entire list of upvoters / flaggers like we used to ?
