Greetings 
The first thing I did was to open a 1080 x 1350 document in Krita and make the sketch, which I wanted to wear the same clothes of the previous illustration, in addition to carrying a tablet pencil and an embroidery hoop, since they are the activities I like to do the most. Finally, once I was clear about the shape, I made the respective clean lines.
After that, I proceeded to fill it with the base colors and thus give it the lights and shadows that, in the end I ended up undoing because I felt that the whole part of the skin tones was too dark and that I was adding details that I did not like, so I added another skin tone and a different projection of the shadow, in addition to the lines that demarcate the areas of the skin, were of a dark pink, almost brown, among other parts of the body and clothing.
Now came the part of the background, I have seen some illustrations of a character of a girl and back in the background appears as if it were on a wall where there are magazines and newspapers glued, I wanted to do something like that, using photos of some of the things I've done so far, all enclosed in an oval. I was trying how it looked with the chibi image in png, first with the image of the beginning of my Hive blog, then with images of the work I've done, including the one I did in the background for my birthday, where my pets appear.

To give it that paper feeling, I used the transform tool, folding some areas, added shadows and, so that they all harmonized in some way, I superimposed a gradient in ocher tones and the background in blue, with a crumpled paper texture.
I exported that background and enclosed it in a circle, putting my chibi on top of it, which I added a white stroke and an outer glow; so I added a layer of ochre color to everything in general as a soft light fusion and to the circle to give it a touch of depth.
I finish with some other details and this is the result, already in Photoshop I made the separators of a size of 800 x 90 px, some with the logo of Hive, another adding the name of my user, which would have a grayish color and with a black stroke, so that it works both in black and white background.

Lo primero que hice fue abrir un documento en Krita de 1080 x 1350 y hacer el boceto, el cual quería que llevara la misma ropa de la ilustración anterior, además de portar un lápiz de Tablet y un aro de bordar, ya que son las actividades que más me gusta hacer. En fin, al tener claro la parte de la forma, le hice sus respectivas líneas limpias.
Posterior a ello, procedí a rellanarlo con los colores bases y así darle las luces y sombras que, al final terminé deshaciendo porque sentía como muy oscura toda la parte de los tonos de la piel y que le estaba añadiendo detalles que no me agradaban, por lo que le agregué otro tono de piel y una proyección diferente de la sombra, además de que las líneas que demarcan las zonas de la piel, fuesen de un rosado oscuro, casi que marrón, entre otras partes del cuerpo y la ropa.
Ahora venia la parte del fondo, he visto algunas ilustraciones de un personaje de una chica y atrás en el fondo aparece como si estuviese en una pared donde hay revistas y periódicos pegados, pues quería hacer algo así, usando las fotos de algunas de las cosas que he hecho hasta ahora, todo encerrado en un ovalo. Iba probando como quedaba con la imagen chibi en png, primero con la imagen del inicio de mi blog de Hive, luego con imágenes del trabajo que he realizado, incluso el que hice de fondo para el de mi cumpleaños, donde aparecen mis mascotas.

Para darle esa sensación de papel, recurrí a la herramienta transformar, doblándoles algunas zonas, le añadí sombras y, para que todas armonizaran de alguna manera le superpuse un degradado en tonos ocres y el fondo en azul, con una textura de papel arrugado.
Ese fondo lo exporté y lo encerré en un círculo, poniéndole encima mi chibi, el cual le agregué un trazo blanco y brillo exterior; para así a todo en general agregarle una capa de color ocre a modo de fusión luz suave y al circulo darle un toque de profundidad.
Finalizo con unos que otros detalles y este es el resultado, ya en Photoshop hice los separadores de un tamaño de 800 x 90 px, unos con el logo de Hive, otro anexándole el nombre de mi usuario, el cual tendría un color como grisáceo y con un trazo negro, para que funcione tanto en fondo negro como blanco.
