Exotic charm abounds
In homes, cuisine, and clothing
Enveloped in beautiful hues
I wish to savor profound flavors
But from another country's perspective
The rice, fish, and home-style dishes
I eat daily
Might be considered
Ethnic cuisine too
But setting that aside
I simply wish
To savor it all to my heart's content

美しい色に包まれて
深い味わいを堪能したい
でもほかの国からみたら
私がいつも食べている
ご飯や魚やおばんざいなども
エスニック料理なのかも
しれないと
それはさておき
私はひたすら
存分に味わいたいだけ
