Why You’ll Never Feel Ready
If you’re not careful, the brain will trick you into constantly searching for more information about the very goals you’ve already decided to pursue.
The trouble is, the pursuit of knowledge has no finish line. Unless you cut it off at the source, you may one day wake up and realise you haven’t moved an inch towards your objectives.
Practice, not theory, leads to progress. Whatever you’re striving to achieve, get started now, and the skill and understanding will come with experience.
You don’t need another book, another video, or another course before taking that first step in the right direction.
And one more thing… most content creators on YouTube, Instagram and X have their dogs in the fight. Keep that in mind the next time you come across a post that seems absurd or extreme.
It should go without saying that you shouldn’t take advice from people who haven’t achieved success in the field you’re pursuing. If your goal is to reach seven per cent body fat, there’s little sense in taking guidance from random voices on Twitter.
