Are we on target for 10k minnows this year?
I have been tracking the numbers of users of each level for a while now. At the start of 2022 we had about 8400 minnows. We have added over 500 since then.
We have added nearly 100 this year, so the growth is accelerating.
The number of whales is pretty stable, but the other categories have grown. If we can keep this up then 10k could be possible in 2023.
To achieve this we need to keep supporting the smaller accounts who put out good content. I do need to review who this account votes for as some will already be at minnow level (around 560HP). Not everyone can afford to buy $HIVE, but they can earn it.
You can follow the votes of this account. Some people delegate to it, but I would rather they earned for themselves from curation as I have no real plans for what 
I am always open to suggestions of who to support. They need to be building up their stake.
