Pushing for 9000 minnows

We are getting pretty close to 9000 minnows now and gaining over one per day. We need to support those Hivers who could get across that theshhold soon.

I have been reviewing who this account votes for. It has been a while since I did that. Some have zoomed past Minnow already and others have been inactive for ages. They got taken off the list. I have added a few. To qualify they need to be active (comments as well as posts), not powering down and not churning out junk posts.

I also have a query that finds other who are getting close. They have posted in the last month and are not powering down, but I have not checked on each one otherwise. If you have spare voting power then you may want to see who deserved extra rewards.

This project will continue indefinitely, but I am not checking the status all the time. If you know of new users who really deserve support then let me know and I will consider them for going on the trail. We have delegations from various people and others follow the voting trail, so it can make a nice difference. Of course you can do your own efforts to help people power up and level up. With more people having a good stake the rewards will get spread further.
