Thanalorian Archer Review 🏹 | A Powerful Life Monster from Rebellion!

Today I am back with another interesting monster review from Splinterlands and the monster I am going to talk about today is Thanalorian Archer

Thanalorian Archer is a Rare Life monster from the Rebellion set in Splinterlands. It has a magic attack and a mana cost of 5. At first glance it may look like a very simple monster but its abilities are very useful especially when you are facing teams that depend on Snipe Sneak or Opportunity attackers

Its 5 mana cost makes it very easy to fit into different Life lineups especially in medium mana battles

This is a very interesting monster because even though it stays in the backline and attacks from a distance it does more than just deal good damage. It can also provide defensive support to your team through its abilities

If we talk about its first ability then its name is Snipe.

This is a very important ability because it allows the monster to attack enemies in the backline instead of always attacking the frontline tank. This means it can target support monsters and other important units hiding behind the main tank

This ability can be very useful when the enemy has strong support monsters hiding in the backline

Now let's talk about its second ability which is Lookout.

This is another very interesting ability. Lookout provides protection to your team against attacks coming from Sneak Snipe and Opportunity abilities

This makes Thanalorian Archer very useful against teams that try to attack your backline monsters. Positioning this monster correctly is very important because you want to place it in a position where it can provide protection to the monsters around it

Now let's look at its abilities at higher levels. When you upgrade this monster it gains another ability called Return Fire

Return Fire provides additional defense against ranged attackers. When an enemy ranged attacker attacks your monster the Return Fire ability can send damage back to the attacker

This means your opponent needs to think carefully before attacking your team with ranged monsters

In my opinion this monster can be especially useful when you know that your opponent may use Sneak monsters Snipe monsters Opportunity monsters or ranged attackers

It works very well as both a damage dealer and a defensive support monster

Overall I think Thanalorian Archer is a very good and useful monster. It has a good combination of offensive and defensive abilities which makes it valuable in many different battles

For my rating I would give Thanalorian Archer 9.5 out of 10
