My Actifit Report Card: April 24 2026

Yesterday I didn’t go for a walk. The knee held me back. Today the urge was stronger than the pain.

I went into the forest, slower than usual, paying more attention to each step. No rush, just movement. On the way back I passed the lake.

The weather had brought people out. Some were working on their places, getting things ready. Others were just sitting, enjoying the sun. I joined them for a while.

What started as a careful walk turned into a good day. Not because anything special happened, just because it felt right to be there.

Now I’m back home, and the knee makes itself known again.
