My Actifit Report Card: April 12 2026

This morning, after breakfast, I set off. The plan was to stay on country and federal roads, take it slow. But after the first 30 kilometers and three detours around closed villages, I changed my mind and took the highway.

I kept it steady. Cruise control at 85 km/h. Hardly any need to adjust. Just moving forward without thinking too much about it.

At the Moselle valley bridge I stopped for a short break. Took a photo, looked out for a moment, then continued.

By now I’ve arrived in Hachenburg. Found a place to stay, walked through the town, up to the castle and back again. Nothing rushed, just getting a feel for it.

Now I’m sitting here in the van, eating something I brought from home. I thought about going out for dinner, but didn’t feel like it.

Tomorrow around midday I’ll meet Frank, about 11 kilometers from here.

For now,
just arriving
is enough.
