What the 'fork?

We seem to be coming out the other side of the aftereffects of hardfork 21/22. Things ground to a halt for about 24 hours due to a transaction the new witness software could not handle. Resolving this involves fixing the bug and then the witness nodes have to re-process a whole load of data, which can take many hours.

About a year ago I wrote a little song to celebrate hardfork 20 that was about to hit. When it did there were problems then too. It brought in resource credits and we all ended up with hardly any. I found this old report about it.

My 'Steemulele' did go to Krakow and acquired lots of tags from people there. I had not listened to this song in a while. There are some clumsy lyrics, but that's okay for a throwaway song.

I am posting this via Palnet as that is working if you tweak the Keychain settings. See this post. My voting and downvoting power are well charged up, so I may just use those a bit for now.

I hope the rest of the systems will be back to full 'steam' soon.
