Description from Strava:
I had an appointment at the dentist in Stotfold for a checkup this morning, so thought I might as well run there. It was fairly cool out there, but nice for running. I went via the new road and Etonbury Woods. It was fairly quiet as the kids were already in school.

My teeth are not too bad, but I probably need to have a childhood filling replaced. I had a few fillings as a kid, but they have lasted pretty well.

It was raining a bit when I came out so I ran a little quicker to get back to start work. I saw a friend on her bike along the way.

I was running a little later than usual so I had breakfast beforehand. I was at the pub music session last night that was fun. I only really play my guitar when I go there as I mostly practice drums at home. I managed to remember a few songs and looked up some old ones I have done with the band.

We have had more rain since then. We have had a lot over the last week so the ponds are getting topped up.

Have a great day and run free!
