¿Nuevo Hobby? [Esp/Eng]

Hola comunidad de hive, quiero que sepan que pase dos días durmiendo como un bebe y fue algo super, me encanto, siendo que recargue las baterias al mil porciento, ayer decidí ir al centro de porlamar nuevamente con mi mamá, porque pinterets me esta volviendo loca la verdad, estoy mas alíi que en mis redes sociales. Al llegar, fuí al castillo textil, porque pinterets ultimamente esta muy enfocado en que inicie un nuevo hobby y ese es tejer, hay muchisimas cosas cuchis que me encantarian hacer, entonces empece por lo mas básico que es una tortuga que nunca les mostrare porque esta quedando horrible, así que al menos que mejore mi técnica no sabran nada de tortugin la desfigurada.

Hi, Hive community! I want you to know that I spent two days sleeping like a baby, and it was amazing—I loved it. Since I recharged my batteries to 1,000 percent, yesterday I decided to go downtown in Porlamar again with my mom, because Pinterest is driving me crazy, to be honest—I spend more time there than on any other social media platform. When we got there, I went to the knitting shop, because Pinterest has been really pushing me lately to start a new hobby—knitting. There are so many cute things there that I’d love to make, so I started with the most basic project: a turtle. I’ll never show it to you because it’s turning out horribly, so unless I improve my technique, you won’t be seeing anything about the “disfigured turtle.”

Bueno quiero que sepan que es la peor idea ir un sabado, es como si todos en unanimidad dijeran y si vamos al centro?, entonces me toco esperar una fila para entrar al area de merceria, hay miles de cosas lindas, pero las colas evitan que puedas apreciar, asi que la mejor idea es ir un día de semana en la mañana de verdad, de veritas, veritas.

Well, I want you to know that going on a Saturday is the worst idea—it’s as if everyone unanimously decided, “Hey, let’s go downtown!” So I had to wait in line just to get into the craft supply section. There are thousands of cute things there, but the lines keep you from really enjoying them, so the best idea is to go on a weekday morning—for real, seriously, seriously.

Al entrar, lo primero que vi fue estos hilos de tejer super lindos y coloridos, íbamos a comprar unas camisas que no pasan de 4$ dolares, pero como siempre hay un pero, decidí huzmear y allí encontre estos hilos, como siempre elejí esta combinación de lila con blanco y morado, aunque los demás colores estan de infarto lento.

When I walked in, the first thing I saw was this super cute and colorful knitting yarn. We were there to buy some shirts that cost no more than $4, but—as always—there’s a catch, so I decided to browse around, and that’s where I found this yarn. As always, I loved this combination of lilac, white, and purple, although the other colors are absolutely stunning.

Segui huzmeando porque iba a necesitar una aguja de tejer, aunque mi mamá antes tejía, todo eso sabra Dios donde quedo, por lo que era mejor evitar dolor de cabeza y el comun lo ubiese comprado. Al tener lo que necesitaba porque en realidad no tenía nada en mente, me dije rosmary vamos a ver que más nos ofrece este lugar, vi un cintillo muy lindo, hilo gigante de tejer como cobijas, unos peluches de una moda absurda que esta ahorita liderando a todas las niñas, cajitas con forma de corazón, un tabor de bordar, que les juro que me temblaba la mano por comprarlo porque estaba en un dolar, pero no puedo porque estoy aplicando la del autocontrol, y por utlimo estas rosas en 1$ cada una, me dio full risa porque por su textura dije woo son muy lindas para hacer un adorno y regalo, pero al llegar a casa mi teléfono como escucha hasta lo que solo pienso me recomendo un video en tik tok y era de una chica diciendo que no eran rosas normales, era rosas de jabón, cada petalo en un jabón de manos y yo quede woo, te aseguro que ni el castillo sabe que en realidad tiene esas función jajaja.

I kept browsing because I was going to need a knitting needle—even though my mom used to knit all that stuff, God only knows where it ended up—so it was better to avoid a headache and just buy it there. Since I had what I needed—because I didn’t really have anything specific in mind—I said to myself, “Rosmary, let’s see what else this place has to offer.” I saw a really cute headband, giant yarn for knitting things like blankets, some stuffed animals in that absurd style that’s all the rage with little girls right now, little heart-shaped boxes, an embroidery hoop—I swear my hand was shaking just thinking about buying it because it was only a dollar—but I can’t because I’m practicing self-control—and finally, these roses for $1 each, it made me laugh so hard because, just by the texture, I thought, “Wow, these are so cute for a decoration or a gift,” but when I got home, my phone—as if it can hear even my thoughts—suggested a TikTok video, and it was of a girl saying they weren’t real roses—they were soap roses, with each petal made of hand soap—and I was like, “Wow.” I promise you, not even the castle knows it actually has that function, hahaha.

Aunque en las ultimas semanas e tenido full dolor de estomago, horribel no pude evitar comerme estos perros calientes, lo lamento mundo, lo lamento dieta, pero si no comia algo así, iba a terminar llenandome de basura porque la ansias de comer iban a vencer, y que feo. Amigos esto es todo por hoy, los quiero un monto y nos vemos mañana a la misma hora de siempre !sin falta!

Even though I've had terrible stomachaches these past few weeks, I just couldn't resist eating these hot dogs. I'm sorry, world; I'm sorry, diet, but if I hadn't eaten something like this, I would've ended up stuffing myself with junk food because my cravings would've gotten the best of me—and that would've been awful.
