Mineshaft 2018
The race this last weekend was the Mineshaft 15km, Held in Queensburgh, Kzn. This race is so well organised, plenty of water at the statons, coke and cream soda with ice in the cups.
My goodness what a tough route - 15km I thought, so much easier than a half marathon I thought, whats a couple of hills I thought.
The route is one hill after the next, various gradients and lengths, and the last 4 km make the finish a very very challenging achievement.
