Hello Everyone! Hope you all are doing amazing and welcome to another #Splinterlands post.
Today was another one of those chill but satisfying days in #Splinterlands. Nothing super crazy happened, no legendary card drops or huge rewards, but honestly these smaller progression days are becoming some of my favorite moments in the game.
As usual, I started my session with the Lux's Favor Spin, hoping maybe today would finally be the day I get something really big. I wasn't expecting a jackpot or anything, but you always have that tiny bit of hope before clicking the spin button.
And well, I got +50 Sparks.
Not amazing, not terrible either.
Honestly, at this point, every Spark counts because I still have one major goal in mind, getting the Vega Background from the Sparks Shop.

I have to admit, I actually enjoy doing the daily spin quite a lot. Even when the reward isn't huge, there's still that little excitement of watching the wheel spin and wondering where it's going to stop.
Today the wheel landed on +50 Sparks.
At first I was like, "Ahhh, only 50?"
But then I remembered that yesterday I was also slowly grinding Sparks, and honestly that's basically how these cosmetic goals work. You don't suddenly get everything in one day.
You just slowly collect resources until eventually you can afford the thing you really want.
And that's kinda satisfying in its own way.

After collecting my Sparks reward, I decided to continue progressing through the campaign.
Today's objective was, Battle Challenge #7.
When I opened the challenge screen, I noticed the ruleset immediately.
The battle featured:
Equalizer
Earthquake
When I first saw Earthquake, I thought this battle might actually be annoying.
Because if your units can't fly, they just keep taking damage every round.
Thankfully, the game itself gave a pretty useful tip:
- Flying units can survive Earthquake damage.
Not exactly revolutionary advice, but hey, sometimes the simplest reminders help.
๐๐ฅ๐๐ง๐ง๐ข๐ง๐ ๐๐ก๐ ๐๐๐๐ฆ
This was actually one of those battles where I spent a few minutes thinking before just clicking random cards.
Usually when I'm playing casually, I sometimes just throw together whatever looks strong.
But campaign battles have been teaching me that abilities and rulesets matter way more than raw stats.
Since Earthquake was active, I tried to focus on units that could survive longer and avoid unnecessary damage.
The enemy lineup looked somewhat intimidating at first glance.
๐๐๐ญ๐ญ๐ฅ๐ ๐๐ก๐๐ฅ๐ฅ๐๐ง๐ ๐ ๐๐๐ฐ๐๐ซ๐
After winning the challenge, I received the standard campaign reward:
200 Sparks
Now THAT felt good.
Because unlike the wheel spin, campaign rewards feel guaranteed and predictable.
You know exactly what you're getting, and every completed challenge pushes you closer to your goal.
I immediately claimed the reward and checked my total balance.
๐๐ฎ๐ซ๐ซ๐๐ง๐ญ ๐๐ฉ๐๐ซ๐ค๐ฌ ๐๐๐ฅ๐๐ง๐๐
After collecting everything, I checked my Sparks total.
My current balance is now:
503 Sparks
Which means, I am officially still very, very far away from the item I want.
Because the Vega Background costs 3,500 Sparks.
So yeah, still a long journey ahead.
๐๐ก๐ ๐๐๐ ๐ ๐๐๐๐ค๐ ๐ซ๐จ๐ฎ๐ง๐ ๐๐จ๐๐ฅ
Ever since I bought the Vega Top Hat, I've wanted to complete the entire look.
The top hat already made my avatar look way cooler than before.
But I think the Vega Background would really complete the whole setup.
The problem is 3,500 Sparks is a LOT.
When I saw my current balance sitting at 503, I actually laughed a little.
Because technically I'm getting there, just very, very slowly.
Still, I think having long-term goals in games is important.
Without goals, you just collect resources and never really feel excited about anything.
Now every single Spark reward feels meaningful.

Even though today's session was pretty simple, I still learned a few things:
Small rewards add up over time.
Campaign battles are actually pretty fun.
Rulesets matter more than I sometimes think.
Earthquake battles can be easier than expected.
Saving Sparks requires way more patience than I have.
๐๐๐๐๐๐๐๐๐๐
So the mission remains exactly the same:
Keep doing Lux's Favor spins
Keep completing campaign challenges
Keep collecting Sparks
Try not to spend Sparks on random stuff
Current progress:
503 / 3500 Sparks
Still a long road ahead, but honestly that's part of the fun.
Anyway thats it for todayโs #Splinterlands grind. Please do give your reviews in the comments section below. I would really appreciate it :)
I'll be back with another one soon. So do follow me if you want to stay updated. Till then, Stay Happy and Stay Hydrated.
