Hello Everyone! Hope you all are doing amazing and welcome to another #Splinterlands post.
Today was another fun day in #Splinterlands. Nothing super crazy happened, but honestly, these small progression days are becoming some of my favorite moments in the game. Every little reward and every completed challenge feels like one more step toward a bigger goal.
And right now, my biggest goal is still getting that Vega Background from the Sparks Shop.
Like always, I started my session with the daily Lux's Favor Spin.
I'm not gonna lie, every time I spin that wheel, I secretly hope for some huge reward. Maybe a massive amount of Sparks, a cool cosmetic item, or something unexpected.
This time though, luck decided to give me something a little different.
I landed on, +5 Frontier Energy.
At first I was kinda like "oh..." because obviously Sparks are what I'm chasing right now. But after thinking about it, free Frontier Energy is still useful. It's not the reward I wanted, but it's definitely better than getting nothing.
Honestly, that's part of what makes the Lux's Favor wheel fun. You never really know what you're going to get.
After claiming the Lux's Favor reward, I decided to continue progressing through the campaign and jumped straight into Battle Challenge #6.
I have actually been enjoying these Battle Challenges more than I expected.
At first I thought they would just be simple tutorials, but some of them actually force you to think a little bit about game mechanics and strategies.
This challenge had an interesting tip:
"What attack type bypasses armor? What abilities counter melee attacks?"
That immediately got me thinking about magic attacks and various defensive abilities.
Luckily, the challenge itself wasn't too difficult.
Before entering the battle, I spent a minute looking at the enemy lineup.
I know some people probably just click through these challenges without thinking much, but I actually enjoy trying to figure out what the game wants me to learn.
The enemy team looked decent enough, and I honestly expected a much harder fight.
But after entering the battle, things started going in my favor pretty quickly.
My frontline held up well, and my damage dealers were doing exactly what they needed to do.
There were a couple moments where I thought maybe one of my units would go down too early, but overall the battle felt pretty comfortable.
Not gonna lie, I was expecting Battle Challenge #6 to punish me a lot more.
After a few rounds, the enemy team slowly started collapsing.
And finally, Victory.
Honestly, even though these are campaign battles, getting the win still feels satisfying.
Maybe it's because every completed challenge means more rewards and more progress.
After completing Battle Challenge #6, I received the reward, +200 Sparks.
I won't lie, seeing that reward pop up always feels good.
The problem is that after buying the Vega Top Hat recently, my Sparks balance had dropped pretty hard.
So after claiming the reward, I checked my total Sparks balance.
And the result was, 253 Sparks.
Right now, my next big cosmetic goal is still the Vega Background.
The problem is that it costs 3,500 Sparks.
And currently I have 253 Sparks.
So yeah, I still have a VERY long way to go.
But honestly, after finally getting the Vega Top Hat, I feel even more motivated to complete the look.
The hat already makes my avatar look way better, and I think the Vega Background would complete the entire setup.

Overall, today was another solid day in #Splinterlands.
The Lux's Favor reward wasn't exactly what I hoped for, but free Frontier Energy is still useful.
Battle Challenge #6 was fun and easier than expected.
And even though I'm still very far away from getting the Vega Background, I'm slowly making progress.
I think that's the biggest lesson from today's session:
Small progress is still progress.
Now the grind continues.
Only 3,247 Sparks left until I can finally buy the Vega Background.
Anyway thats it for todayβs #Splinterlands grind. Please do give your reviews in the comments section below. I would really appreciate it :)
I'll be back with another one soon. So do follow me if you want to stay updated. Till then, Stay Happy and Stay Hydrated.
