Saludos amigos, hace bastante tiempo que no publico en esta comunidad 
Quiero compartirles una mezcla que preparé el día de hoy con guayaba y cambur, hace tiempo había escuchado de esta combinación pero realmente no la había probado, así que el día de hoy la preparé a ver qué tal, me pareció el resultado bastante bueno y sabroso.

I want to share with you a mix that I prepared today with guava and cambur, I had heard about this combination some time ago but I had not really tried it, so today I prepared it to see how it was, I thought the result was pretty good and tasty.
I show you how I made it:
INGREDIENTES
1 cambur, y 1 guayaba mediana, rinden para 1 vaso de jugo.
Además añadí 1 cuchara de azúcar.

PREPARACIÓN
La preparación es sencilla, solo hay que lavar muy bien la guayaba, retirar la cáscara, cortar en trozos, Igualmente retirar la cáscara del cambur, llevar ambos ingredientes a la licuadora, agregarle el azúcar; agregarle la cantidad de agua necesaria y licuar muy bien, luego pasar por una coladora para retirar las semillas de la guayaba.
PREPARATION
The preparation is simple, just wash the guava very well, remove the peel, cut into pieces, remove the peel of the cambur, take both ingredients to the blender, add the sugar, add the necessary amount of water and blend very well, then pass through a strainer to remove the seeds of the guava.
Puedes agregarle hielo o no; como el agua estaba bastante fría yo no añadí hielo; y servir este delicioso jugo; de verdad el resultado fue muy bueno .
