Hola hola, qué tal? excelente domingo para todos !Hoy les comparto la preparación de un jugo de lechosa también conocida como papaya el cual por lo general en casa no la consumimos sola, sino que siempre la acompañamos de algún fruto cítrico; en esta oportunidad le agregué naranja para realzar un poco más el sabor de la lechosa, este jugo es perfecto en caso de estreñimiento porque ayuda mucho a facilitar la digestión.

Today I share with you the preparation of a milky juice also known as papaya which usually at home we do not consume it alone, but we always accompany it with some citrus fruit; this time I added orange to enhance a little more the flavor of the milky, this juice is perfect in case of constipation because it helps a lot to facilitate digestion.
INGREDIENTES
Un trozo de lechosa de aproximadamente 500gr, 2 naranjas, y azúcar al gusto, rinde para 3 vasos de jugo

PREPARACIÓN
Lo primero es lavar muy bien la lechosa, retirar la cáscara, luego lavar nuevamente y, cortar en trozos y llevarlos a la licuadora; allí se exprime la naranja después de lavarla muy bien y cortarla a la mitad, se añade un poco de agua aproximadamente un vaso,azúcar al gusto, y se licúa muy fuerte hasta que la lechosa esté completamente triturada.

The first thing to do is to wash the milky leaves very well, remove the peel, then wash them again and cut them into pieces and take them to the blender; there, squeeze the orange after washing it very well and cut it in half, add a little water, about a glass, sugar to taste, and blend it very hard until the milky leaves are completely crushed.
Una vez que esté completamente licuado, solo falta servir el jugo; se puede agregar hielo o si utilizaste agua fría consumirlo así mismo.
