Hola hola, cómo están? hoy quiero compartir con ustedes la preparación de un jugo creo que muy conocido por todos,se trata de el popular 3 en uno que está conformado por naranja, zanahoria y remolacha, es una bebida cargada de vitaminas, y además muy deliciosa.

En casa mi mamá siempre lo ha preparado, recuerdo que desde niño y a todos nos gusta mucho; el día de hoy los preparé para nuestro almuerzo en familia, les comparto la preparación:

INGREDIENTES

3 Naranjas, 1 zanahoria mediana, y 1 remolacha mediana, rinde para 3 vasos de jugo.

INGREDIENTS

PREPARACIÓN

Siempre lo primero es lavar bien sea las frutas, hortalizas, vegetales; después de lavar se retiró la cáscara de la zanahoria y la remolacha, también si se quiere evitar que quede amargo por el zumo de la naranja se puede retirar la cáscara de la naranja; yo obvie ese paso; la zanahoria y la remolacha las corté en pequeños trozos para ayudar un poco a la licuadora.

Luego se exprimieron la naranja, se agregó un poquito de agua, se llevó esta mezcla a la licuadora, se agregó azúcar al gusto y se licua muy fuerte hasta que la zanahoria y la remolacha estén completamente trituradas, y se pasa por una coladora.

PREPARATION
