- El día de hoy vamos a aprender a preparar un postre delicioso, refrescante y lo más importante es que es fácil y rápido de preparar. Es una excelente alternativa de un cheesecake sin necesidad de utilizar harinas y azúcares.

| 150 g blueberries | 50 g jam. |

| 1 egg. | 1 tsp honey. |
| 1 yogurt. | 2 bananas. |

🥣PREPARATION.🥣
- Personally, I wanted to add some blueberries to the strawberry jam I had at home so it would pair perfectly with the recipe; if you’d like to do the same, you can place the jam in a saucepan over low heat and add a few blueberries—once they’ve softened, it’s ready. Now, for our mixture, start by placing the yogurt and bananas in a bowl, and blend with a mixer until you get a smooth, creamy mixture. Then add the honey and blueberries. If you prefer a thicker mixture, you can add two tablespoons of flour, but this is optional. Mix all the ingredients together again and pour the mixture into a baking dish. Bake at 160 degrees for 20 minutes; you’ll know it’s done when the top is golden brown and has a cake-like texture. Let it cool for a few minutes, spread the jam on top, and there you go—you can now enjoy this creamy dessert.

- En lo personal, quise colocarle a la mermelada de fresa que tenía en casa unos arándanos para que combinara perfectamente con la receta; si deseas hacer lo mismo, puedes colocar la mermelada en una olla a fuego bajo y agregar un poco de arándanos y, cuando estén más blandos, significa que está lista. Ahora, para nuestra mezcla, comenzaremos colocando en un recipiente el yogur y las bananas, y mezclaremos con una batidora hasta que obtengamos una mezcla sin grumos y cremosa. Después agregamos la miel, arándanos y, si deseas la mezcla más rígida, puedes agregar dos cucharadas homogéneas, pero es algo opcional. Volvemos a mezclar todos los ingredientes y lo colocaremos en un recipiente para dejarlo hornear a 160 grados por 20 minutos; sabremos que está bien horneado cuando la parte de arriba está más dorada y tiene una textura similar a un bizcocho. Dejamos enfriar por unos momentos, colocamos la mermelada y listo, ya puedes disfrutar de este cremoso postre.
