Simple Cooking: Tempe Popcorn Black Pepper
Hi bloggers. Today I will share my favorite dish, tempe. Tempe is a fermented food made from delicious soybeans and usually tempeh is one of the vegan foods as a substitute for meat because of its soft texture. But the recipe I made this time is not a vegan menu. This time I made delicious black pepper popcorn tempe. So let's go!
Ingredients:

- 1 egg
- 3 tablespoons all-purpose flour

- 1 clove onion, chopped
- 1 spring onion, chopped
- 1 tablespoon chili sauce
- 1 tablespoon sweet soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon ground black pepper
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- toasted sesame seeds
How to cook:
Cut the tempe into small sizes like popcorn
Add the egg into the tempe
Add the marinade, all-purpose flour, ground white pepper and salt into the tempe
Then mix well
Heat the oil and fry the tempe until browned
Drain it
Saute the minced garlic until browned
Add the onion until browned
Add the fried tempe
Add the sauce and sweet soy sauce into it stir for a minute
Then add the ground black pepper stir for a minute
Add the spring onion into the pan
After mixing well add the sesame oil into the pan
After cooked sprinkle the toasted sesame seeds and serve on a plate
