Acepto el Reto... +30 Planchas de @noakmilo. Hoy, aunque se trata de ejercitar, hacemos un alto en cuanto a la ejecución de nuestras rutinas de ejercicios, para participar en el reto propuesto por el hermano @noakmilo y así determinar quién supera sus 30 flexiones o planchas. De verdad que es sumamente emocionante ver como alguien puede superarse asimismo y avanzar hacia una vida más saludable.

@noakmilo es ejemplo de ello, y más allá de los beneficios de esta iniciativa, lo que me motivó fue la idea de apoyarlo y disfrutar junto a él la alegría de haber alcanzado esa meta y superarse poco a poco. Estoy convencido hermano que ya no serán 30 Planchas, sino que lograrás hacer 100, porque me he dado cuenta que tienes constancia y disciplina, y eso vale mucho. Un abrazo hermano y que continúen los éxitos. Ahora nos vamos a la acción.

I accept the Challenge... +30 Planchas by @noakmilo. Today, although it's all about working out, we're taking a break from our exercise routines to participate in the challenge proposed by brother @noakmilo to determine who can beat his 30 push-ups or planchas. Como es lógico, antes de ejecutar las flexiones realicé mi acostumbrado calentamiento para poner a tono los músculos, los cuales consistieron en extensiones de hombros y el nadador.
